Johannes studied law and then worked for two years at an agency which creates printed annual reports. He met Thomas there, and together with him and Nikolaus, founded nexxar in 2003. For many years he was responsible for the overall operational business; now he has specialised in personnel development. Together with Manuela, he is also seeking for fresh lateral thinkers, and in doing so has already often proven to have a lucky hand. To balance his occasionally excessive project commitment (he holds the record for the most labour-intensive project at over 1,000 hours), he likes to go mountain biking and plays badminton.
We should much more often do something wholeheartedly, which does not pursue an objective, is not urgent and does not have to be rewarded.
