What you’ll do with us:
During an intensive induction phase, you will learn how we work and familiarise yourself with project standards. You will quickly take responsibility for your own customers and projects, direct related activities and project employees, and support colleagues with the implementation of their projects.
During the period from February to April, your focus will lie on project management and implementation of the online annual reports. For the rest of the year, you will work intensively on product development, process optimisation and the acquisition of new customers. In addition and in accordance with your strengths and interests, you will take on responsibility within the organisation which grows gradually in step with the company’s own development.
What you bring to the table:
- Completed course of study (e.g. Media Management at a University of Applied Sciences)
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. agency)
- Excellent EDP knowledge of Excel, HTML, CMS and image processing
- Enthusiasm for the possibilities of the internet
- An interest in financial communication is an advantage, but not essential
- Very good German and English
